Privacy & Data Policy: Visual Production & Assets

This policy outlines how Talexia(a division of Ruben Gorjian Photography) handles the visual data, brandassets, and on-site information gathered during our production cycles in LongIsland and Queens.

1. Visual Data Collection (On-Site Shoots)

‍

During Pro Photo Shoots and High-Impact Intensives,we collect high-resolution raw imagery and video of your:

●    Menu Items: Ingredients, prepared dishes, and plating.

●    Environment: Interior/exterior architecture, decor, and lighting.

●    Personnel: Staff "in-action" shots (with client-assumed consent ofemployees).

●    Atmosphere: Guest "vibe" shots (Client is responsible for notifyingguests of photography on-site).

2. Storage & Retention of Raw Assets

‍

●    Raw Files: Talexia retains "Raw" (unprocessed) photo and video filesfor internal production purposes only. We do not provide raw files to theclient as part of standard management tiers.

●    Retention Period: We maintain a backup of your session's raw assets for 90 dayspost-production. After 90 days, raw files may be purged to clear servercapacity.

●    Edited Library: Final edited JPG/MP4 assets are stored in your Visual Libraryfor the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, you have 14days to download your library before the data is permanently deleted fromour servers.

3. Usage Rights & Brand Privacy

‍

●    Client Ownership: You hold the license to use all final edited visuals for yourown marketing, website, and print materials upon full payment of yourinvoice/subscription.

●    Talexia Portfolio Rights: Talexia/Ruben Gorjian Photography reserves the right to use anycaptured visuals (behind-the-scenes or final edits) for our own promotionalmaterials, social media, and portfolios, unless a specific Non-DisclosureAgreement (NDA) is signed and paid for separately.

●    Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell your food photography or brand assets to stockimage sites or competitors. Your visual data is used exclusively for yourbrand's growth.

4. API & Social Media Platform Data

‍

To execute the "No Chaos"scheduling system, we connect to your social media accounts via official APIs(Meta, TikTok).

●    No Password Storage: We do not see or store your social media passwords.

●    Token Access: We use secure "Access Tokens" to post on your behalf. Youcan revoke this access at any time through your platform's security settings.

●    Data Usage: We only access the data required to publish and verify the status ofyour posts. We do not scrape your follower data for third-party sale.

5. Physical Location Privacy

‍

Because we operate on-site in LongIsland and Queens, we may collect "Location Data" (GPS tags) foryour business to optimize Google My Business or Instagram location tagging.This data is used solely to increase your local search visibility.

6. Security

‍

All visual assets and brand guidelinesare stored on secure, encrypted cloud servers. Access is restricted to Talexiaproduction staff directly involved in your content creation.
