Refund Policy

At Talexia, we provide subscription-baseddigital services, including content systems, visual assets, scheduling, andoptional full management. Because our services involve immediate access totools, infrastructure, and resources, the following refund policy applies.

 

1. General No-Refund Policy

 

All purchases made through Talexia arenon-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Calendar-Only plans
  • Visual plans and add-ons
  • Full Management plans
  • Founder, promotional, or discounted plans

Once a subscription is activated or a paymentis processed, no refunds or prorated refunds are issued for unused time, unusedcredits, or partial billing periods.

 

2. First-Time Subscriber Refund Window

 

To ensure confidence for new customers:

 

  • First-time subscribers may request a fullrefund within 7 days of their initial purchase only.
  • This applies one time per account.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writingto support@talexia.ai
  • withinthe 7-day window.
  • After 7 days, or for any subsequent billingcycles, the standard no-refund policy applies.

3. Subscription Cancellation

 

You may cancel your subscription at any timethrough your account settings.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until theend of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • No refunds will be issued for remaining timein the billing cycle.

 

4. Billing Errors

 

Refunds will be issued only in cases ofverified billing errors, such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Charges after a confirmed cancellation
  • Incorrect amounts caused by technical issues
  • Billing issues must be reported within 7 daysof the charge.

Once verified, refunds are typically processedwithin 7–10 business days.

 

5. Service Interruptions & Downtime

 

Talexia does not issue cash refunds fortemporary service interruptions.

 

However, in the event of a continuous outageexceeding 24 hours that materially affects service availability, Talexia mayissue service credits at its discretion, calculated based on:

  1. Length of the outage
  2. Impact on active services
  3. Service credits have no cash value and arenon-transferable.

 

6. Founder & Promotional Plans

 

Founder pricing, promotional discounts, andspecial offers:

  • Follow the same refund rules as standardsubscriptions
  • Are non-refundable
  • Are forfeited permanently upon cancellationand cannot be reinstated

 

7. Free Trials (If Offered)

 

If a free trial is offered:

  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoidbeing charged
  • Once a trial converts to a paid subscription,the standard refund policy applies

 

8. Account Termination

 

If an account is terminated due to:

  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the platform
  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
  • No refunds will be issued for any remainingsubscription period, and access may be revoked immediately.

 

9. Legal Compliance

 

This policy complies with applicable consumerprotection laws.

If local regulations grant mandatory refundrights, those rights will supersede this policy where required.
