This policy defines the permitted andprohibited uses of the Talexia System and the visual data producedduring our on-site sessions. To maintain the integrity of our high-touchhospitality production, all clients must adhere to these standards.

1. Permitted Use of the Talexia System

‍

You may use the Talexia platform and theassets we produce to:

● Promote Your Business: Display edited photos and videos on your social media, website, andphysical marketing materials.

● Automate Your Workflow: Use our scheduling infrastructure to maintain a consistent brandpresence without manual daily posting.

● Archive Brand Assets: Use the Talexia Visual Library as a secure repository for yourrestaurant's professional content.

2. Prohibited Activities

‍

To protect our production infrastructureand the hospitality community, the following are strictly prohibited:

● Reselling Assets: You may not sell the high-resolution photos or videos produced byTalexia to third-party stock sites or other businesses.

● Scraping or ReverseEngineering: Attempting to extract code from theTalexia dashboard or bypass our API security measures for automated posting isa material breach of contract.

● Impersonation: Using the Talexia system to post deceptive, fraudulent, or defamatorycontent regarding competitors or customers.

● Out-of-Area Exploitation: Attempting to use a local Nassau/Suffolk/Queens subscription for abusiness located outside our service radius without a "Travel &Logistics" rider.

3. Data Usage & Security

A. Visual Content Data

● Production Access: During on-site shoots, we collect visual data of your menu and premises.This data is processed through our internal design workflow (Photoshop/CapCut)and uploaded to your secure client portal.

● No Public "Mining": We do not allow third-party data harvesters to "mine" yourprivate Visual Library for training public models. Your content belongs to yourbrand.

B. Social Media API Data

● Platform Authorization: When you link your Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, we receive a secure"Access Token."

● Data Minimization: We only request the minimum permissions needed to:

1. Upload your media.

2. Write your approved captions.

3. Confirm the post went livesuccessfully.

● No Personal Data Mining: We do not collect or store your followers' personal information, DMhistory, or private profile data.

4. On-Site Production Safety

● Physical Data Integrity: During on-site visits, clients must ensure a safe environment for ourproduction team.

● Interference: Clients may not record our photographers/videographers while they areworking for the purpose of "learning the system" to bypass futureTalexia services.

5. Enforcement

Talexia monitors system logs and APIusage to ensure compliance.

● Violations: Any breach of this policy results in the immediate suspension of your"No Chaos" posting engine.

● Asset Revocation: In cases of fraud or non-payment, the license to use Talexia-producedvisuals is revoked until the account is brought into good standing.
